Buyer protection
Checkout is available only for an active listing. A seller cannot purchase their own listing. Once an order is created, that listing is marked sold so the same inventory cannot be bought again.
Verification flow
After the seller records shipment, the order moves through warehouse receipt, authentication, QA, dispatch and delivery states. The verification console advances only through the defined next state.
Condition guide
Listings record item condition, box condition, parts completeness, manual status, decal status, an actual-item photo, price, shipping method and shipping cost before publication.
